What do industry partners signed up for my regional profile network get?
Brokerbuzz.com is a capsule-based template system. Regional profile network owners can add as many referral partner "capsules" as they would like. Each capsule will contain the provider’s contact information, a picture or logo, a link to that provider’s website if they have one, and a section where site users can view uploaded referrals. (These referral letters will have to be given to YOU, the regional profile network owner to upload into their capsule - another point of contact to help foster referral business!)

Can I cancel my contract with Brokerbuzz at a point within its three year term?
Yes, you can cancel at any time for any reason. Upon cancellation, your credit card will cease being charged the $99/ month maintenance fee. Your start-up fee, however, is non-refundable, and you will incur a $499 cancellation fee. If you do cancel your contract with Brokerbuzz, we reserve the right to delete your regional profile network immediately and put that county/ region back on the market for sale.

Can I add more than three realtors to my regional profile network?
No. In order to maintain continuity amongst regional profile networks and offer realtors enough incentive to buy into the whole concept, we have decided that no more than three realtors should be added to any county’s regional profile network.

Does Brokerbuzz offer any assistance in setting up my regional profile network after I purchase unique rights to a county?
Yes, in addition to our help line and two forums on our site’s message boards, as a regional profile network owner, you will receive an instructional pamphlet entitled "Getting Started with Brokerbuzz.com" upon our receipt of your executed contract. This pamphlet goes into detail on ideas for recruiting referral partners, approaching realtors, and marketing your regional profile network.

If I am the owner of a mortgage company, can I list my firm collectively as the loan officer for my regional profile network?
You can do as you prefer in this regard, but Brokerbuzz will only allow for one photo and email address to be displayed on a regional profile network. You may however, indicate in your customizable company bio any loan officers who may be dealing with clients referred through the site.

Are there any fees for realtors or industry partners listed on my regional profile network?
No! Financing a regional profile network is the sole responsibility of the LO who owns it.

Can I start setting up my regional profile network while Brokerbuzz is approving my application to purchase a county?
Yes. You will have full access to the profile maintenance screen from the time your application is received. However, your regional profile network will only become visible to users and activated after you have been approved and your credit card has been charged.
